Meet the Team
Patrick W. Domkowski, MD, PhD, Medical Director
Dr. Domkowski is Medical Director of the Steward Sebastian Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Program at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian, Florida. Dr. Domkowski has practiced in Brevard and Indian River Counties since graduating from Duke in 2004.
Dr. Domkowski obtained his medical and graduate degrees from Georgetown and completed his formal surgical training at Duke. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. He has proudly served on the Executive Committee for the Florida ASMBS State Chapter. He has also published in SOARD and also written textbook chapters for Bariatric Surgery.
He focuses his practice on robotic bariatric and general abdominal surgery (Foregut, Hindgut and Abdominal Wall Hernias).
Jason M. Radecke, MD, MS, Bariatric Surgeon
Dr. Radecke is a fellowship trained Bariatric and Minimally Invasive surgeon. He completed his fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He obtained both his BS and MS in Biochemistry and Immunology, respectively from Clemson University, and then went on to attend medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his surgical residency in general surgery at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Dr. Radecke is highly trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery and he utilizes it to treat many surgical diseases of the abdomen such as colon cancer, hernia surgery, and foregut surgery. He also specializes in the surgical treatment of obesity and has a passion for helping people eliminate the disease and the metabolic problems it causes. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. His passion is helping people eliminate obesity and regain their health.
Barbara Allen, ARNP-BC, Certified Bariatric Nurse
Barbara Allen is a certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with extensive experience with both medical and surgical management of obesity. She functions as part of the medical team to provide patient care and education before and after surgery. She works very closely with the surgeons and other members of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and mange care. She is a certified bariatric nurse, and the facilitator for the Bariatric support group.

Beth Watson
Beth Watson is the Practice Manager at Steward Bariatrics and General Surgery, formerly Riverside Surgical and Weight Loss. Beth moved to the area with her husband of 27 years from Indianapolis, Indiana a year ago. She was a Practice Administrator for 17 years in a large hospital system for a multi-specialty practice with a focus on procedural care. Beth’s goal is to ensure that the community is fully aware of the great outcomes of our bariatric surgery program and the quality of care that our highly skilled and compassionate surgeons provide. Beth is looking forward to exploring the area and connecting with the community.
